HISTORY
Link Boiler and Mechanical is an industrial heating and mechanical contracting company which was originally founded as Link Iron Works in 1953 by Andrew John Link. In the beginning the company performed general welding and ornamental ironwork and some boiler repair, but eventually discontinued ornamental ironworking and evolved primarily into boiler repairs and installations, then added the services of Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning.
Presently the founder's daughter, Nancy Link Isenhour, is CEO, and has been with the company since 1970. Roger Link was instrumental in building the business until his retirement in 2003. Mrs. Isenhour's son, Kent Rhoney is President and General Manager, having joined the company in 1990.
Link Boiler and Mechanical has grown steadily through the years, having served a growing number of loyal customers in the Carolinas and neighboring states. The company employs men and women who strive to maintain the integrity and reputation that John Link worked so hard to establish.
Being that the business is family owned, there is an attitude of caring and respect uncommon in some larger organizations. The work we perform is difficult and often dangerous; thus, dedication and loyalty are rewarded with the security of great pay and benefits.
